7
وَأَنَّهُمْ ظَنُّوا۟ كَمَا ظَنَنتُمْ أَن لَّن يَبْعَثَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدًا wa-annahum ẓannū kamā ẓanantum an lan yab`athallāhu aḥadā They thought, just as you think, that Allah will not raise anyone from the dead.

11
وَأَنَّا مِنَّا ٱلصَّـٰلِحُونَ وَمِنَّا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ ۖ كُنَّا طَرَآئِقَ قِدَدًا wa-annā minnaṣ ṣāliḥūna wa minnā dūna dhālik ۖ kunnā ṭarā-iqa qidadā Among us some are righteous and some are otherwise: we are various sects.
12

وَأَلَّوِ ٱسْتَقَـٰمُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلطَّرِيقَةِ لَأَسْقَيْنَـٰهُم مَّآءً غَدَقًا wa-allawis-taqāmū `alaṭ ṭarīqati la-asqaynāhum mā-an ghadaqā If they are steadfast on the path [of Allah], We shall provide them with abundant water,
