بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ al-ḥamdu lillāhi rabbil `ālamīn All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,
3
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ar-raḥmānir raḥīm the All-beneficent, the All-merciful,
4
مَـٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ māliki yawmid dīn Master of the Day of Retribution.
5
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ iyyāka na`budu wa iyyāka nasta`īn You [alone] do we worship, and to You [alone] do we turn for help.
6
ٱهْدِنَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ ihdinaṣ ṣirāṭal mustaqīm Guide us on the straight path,
7
صِرَٰطَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلَا ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ṣirāṭal ladhīna an`amta `alayhim ghayril maghḍūbi `alayhim walaḍ ḍāllīn the path of those whom You have blessed — such as have not incurred Your wrath, nor are astray.
