بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful.
1
سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ sabbaḥa lillāhi mā fis samāwāti wa mā fil-arḍ ۖ wahuwal `azīzul ḥakīm ALL THAT IS in the heavens and the earth sings the praises of God. He is all-mighty and all-wise.
2
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ yā-ayyuhal ladhīna āmanū lima taqūlūna mā lā taf`alūn O you who believe, why do you profess what you do not practise?

كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا۟ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ kabura maqtan `indallāhi an taqūlū mā lā taf`alūn Saying what you do not practice is odious to God.
4
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُقَـٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُم بُنْيَـٰنٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ innallāha yuḥibbul ladhīna yuqātilūna fī sabīlihi ṣaffan ka-annahum bunyānun marṣūṣ Surely God loves those who fight in His cause in full formations as though they were a compact wall.

وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِۦ يَـٰقَوْمِ لِمَ تُؤْذُونَنِى وَقَد تَّعْلَمُونَ أَنِّى رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ ۖ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوٓا۟ أَزَاغَ ٱللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمْ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْفَـٰسِقِينَ wa idh qāla mūsā liqawmihi yāqawmi lima tu-dhūnanī waqad ta`lamūna annī rasūlullāhi ilaykum ۖ falammā zāghū azāghallāhu qulūbahum ۚ wallāhu lā yahdil qawmal fāsiqīn When Moses said to his people: "O my people, why do you afflict me though you know that I have been sent to you by God?" But when they turned aside God made their hearts turn farther away; for God does not show the transgressors the way.

وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَـٰبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِنِّى رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيْكُم مُّصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ ٱلتَّوْرَىٰةِ وَمُبَشِّرًۢا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِى مِنۢ بَعْدِى ٱسْمُهُۥٓ أَحْمَدُ ۖ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ قَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ wa idh qāla `īsab-nu maryama yābanī isrā-iyla innī rasūlullāhi ilaykum muṣaddiqal limā bayna yadayya minat tawrāti wa mubashhiran birasūliy ya-tī min ba`dis-muhu aḥmad ۖ falammā jā-ahum bil bayyināti qālū hādhā siḥrun mubīn And when Jesus, son of Mary, said: "O children of Israel, I am sent to you by God to confirm the Torah (sent) before me, and to give you good tidings of an apostle who will come after me, whose name is Ahmad (the praised one)." Yet when he has come to them with clear proofs, they say: "This is only magic."
7
وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعَىٰٓ إِلَى ٱلْإِسْلَـٰمِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ wa man aẓlamu mimmanif-tarā `alallāhil kadhiba wahuwa yud`ā ilal-islām ۚ wallāhu lā yahdil qawmaẓ ẓālimīn Who is more unjust than he who invents a lie against God when he is called to submit? God does not show the evil-doers the way.

يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِـُٔوا۟ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَٱللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ yurīdūna liyuṭfi-ū nūrallāhi bi-afwāhihim wallāhu mutimmu nūrihi walaw karihal kāfirūn They want to extinguish the light of God by uttering blasphemies. But God wills to perfect His light, however the unbelievers may dislike it.
9
هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ huwal ladhī arsala rasūlahu bil hudā wadīnil ḥaqqi liyuẓhirahu `alad dīni kullihi walaw karihal mushrikūn It is He who sent His Apostle with the guidance and the true way to raise it above all faiths, however the idolaters may dislike it.
10
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ تِجَـٰرَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ yā-ayyuhal ladhīna āmanū hal adullukum `alā tijāratin tunjīkum min `adhābin alīm O you who believe, may I offer you a bargain which will save you from a painful punishment?
11
تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُجَـٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمْوَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ tu-minūna billāhi warasūlihi watujāhidūna fī sabīlillāhi bi-amwālikum wa-anfusikum ۚ dhālikum khayrul lakum in kuntum ta`lamūn Come to believe in God and His Apostle, and struggle in the cause of God, wealth and soul. This will be good for you, if you can understand.
12
يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّـٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ وَمَسَـٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّـٰتِ عَدْنٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ yaghfir lakum dhunūbakum wayudkhilkum jannātin tajrī min taḥtihal-anhāru wa masākina ṭayyibatan fī jannāti `adn ۚ dhālikal fawzul `aẓīm He will forgive you your sins and admit you to gardens with rivers flowing by, and excellent mansions in the garden of Eden. This will be a great fulfilment.
13
وَأُخْرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَهَا ۖ نَصْرٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ wa-ukhrā tuḥibbūnahā ۖ naṣrun minallāhi wafat-ḥun qarīb ۗ wabashhiril mu-minīn And (He will give you) what is dearest to you -- help from God and early victory. So give good tidings to those who believe.
14
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوٓا۟ أَنصَارَ ٱللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّـۧنَ مَنْ أَنصَارِىٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ ٱلْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ ٱللَّهِ ۖ فَـَٔامَنَت طَّآئِفَةٌ مِّنۢ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَكَفَرَت طَّآئِفَةٌ ۖ فَأَيَّدْنَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ عَلَىٰ عَدُوِّهِمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ ظَـٰهِرِينَ yā-ayyuhal ladhīna āmanū kūnū anṣārallāhi kamā qāla `īsab-nu maryama lilḥawāriyyīna man anṣārī ilallāh ۖ qālal-ḥawāriyyūna naḥnu anṣārullāh ۖ fa-āmanat ṭā-ifatun min banī isrā-iyla wakafarat ṭā-ifah ۖ fa-ayyadnal ladhīna āmanū `alā `aduwwihim fa-aṣbaḥū ẓāhirīn O you who believe, be helpers of God, as Jesus, son of Mary, had said to the disciples: "Who will help me in the way of God?" and they had answered: "We are the helpers of God." Then a section among the children of Israel believed, but a section among them did not. So We helped those who believed against their enemies, and they prevailed over them.
