بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ غَشِّنِيْ فِيْهِ بِالرَّحْمَةِ
allāhumma ghashhinī fīhi birraḥmah
O Allah, cover me in it (this month) with mercy
2
وَارْزُقْنِيْ فِيْهِ التَّوْفِيقَ وَالْعِصْمَةَ
war-zuqnī fīhit tawfīqa wal`iṣmah
And grant me in it success and protection
3
وَطَهِّرْ قَلْبِيْ مِنْ غَيَاهِبِ التُهْمَةِ
waṭahhir qalbī min ghayāhibil tuhmah
And purify my heart from the darkness of suspicion
4
يَا رَحِيمًا بِعِبَادِهِ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ
yā raḥīman bi`ibādihil mu-minīn
O Most Merciful to the believing servants
