بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِيْ فِيْهِ أَبْوَابَ الجِنَانِ
allāhummaftaḥ lī fīhi abwābal jinān
O Allah, open for me in it the doors of Paradise
2
وَأَغْلِقْ عَنِّيْ فِيْهِ أَبْوَابَ النِّيرَانِ
wa-aghliq `annī fīhi abwāban nīrān
And close for me in it the doors of Hellfire
3
وَوَفِّقْنِيْ فِيْهِ لِتِلاوَةِ القُرْآنِ
wawaffiqnī fīhi litilāwatil qur-ān
And grant me success in it for the recitation of the Quran
4
يَا مُنْزِلَ السَّكِينَةِ فِيْ قُلُوبِ المُؤْمِنِيْنَ
yā munzilas sakīnati fī qulūbil mu-minīn
O One who sends down tranquility into the hearts of the believers
