بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ حَبِّبْ إِلَيَّ فِيْهِ الْاِحْسَانَ
allāhumma ḥabbib ilayya fīhil iḥsān
O Allah, make me love good deeds in it (this month)
2
وَكَرِّهْ إِلَيَّ فِيْهِ الفُسُوقَ وَالْعِصْيَانَ
wakarrih ilayya fīhil fusūqa wal`iṣyān
And make me hate transgression and disobedience in it
3
وَحَرِّمْ عَلَيَّ فِيْهِ السَّخَطَ وَالنِّيْرَانَ
waḥarrim `alayya fīhis sakhaṭa wan nīrān
And forbid for me in it (Your) wrath and the fire
4
بِعَوْنِكَ يَا غِيَاثَ المُسْتَغِيثِينَ
bi`awnika yā ghiyāthal mustaghīthīn
By Your assistance, O Helper of those who seek help
