بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O' Allāh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صِيَامِيْ فِيْهِ صِيَامَ الصَّائِمِيْنَ
allāhummaj`al ṣiyāmī fīhi ṣiyāmaṣ ṣā-imīn
O Allah: on this day, [please] decide my fasting to be as same as the fasting of the true fasters,

وَقِيَامِيْ فِيْهِ قِيَامَ القَائِمِيْنَ
waqiyāmī fīhi qiyāmal qā-imīn
And decide my acts of worships to be as same as the worship of the worshippers.
3
وَنَبِّهْنِيْ فِيْهِ عَنْ نَوْمَةِ الغَافِلِينَ
wanabbihnī fīhi `an nawmatil ghāfilīn
And [please] awaken me from the slumber of the inadvertent ones.
4
وَهَبْ لِيْ جُرْمِيْ فِيْهِ يَا إِلٰهَ العَالَمِيْنَ
wahab lī jur-mī fīhi yā ilāhal `ālamīn
And excuse my offense on this day, O the God of the worlds.
5
وَاعْفُ عَنِّيْ يَا عَافِيًا عَنِ المُجْرِمِيْنَ
wa`fu `annī yā `āfiyan `anil mujrimīn
And [please] pardon me; O He Who pardons the offender.
