Say the following while you are moving forward and backward seven times

اِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَ اِنَّا اِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُوْنَ رِضًا بِقَضَائِهِ وَ تَسْلِيْمًا لِأَمْرِهِ
innā lillāhi wa innā ilayhi rāji`ūna riḍan biqaḍā-ihi wa taslīman li-amrih
Indeed we belong to Allah and to Him we shall return, content with His decree and submitting to His command
