بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ اِنِّيْ اَسْئَلُكَ فِيْ اَكْلِيْ وَ شُرْبِيْ السَّلاَمَةَ مِنْ وَعْكَهِ
allāhumma innī as-aluka fī aklī wa shur-bis salāmata min wa`kah
O Allah, I ask You regarding my food and drink for safety from its harm

وَ الْقُوَّةَ بِهِ عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ
wal quwwata bihi `alā ṭā`atik
And strength through it to obey You
3
وَ ذِكْرِكَ وَ شُكْرِكَ
wa dhikrika wa shukrik
And to remember You and be grateful to You
4
فِيْمَا اَبْقَيْتَهُ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ
fīmā abqaytahu fī badanī
For as long as You keep it in my body
5
وَ اَنْ تَشَجِّعْنِيْ بِقُوَّتِهَا عَلَى عِبَادَتِكَ
wa an tashajji`nī biquwwatihā `alā `ibādatik
And that You encourage me with its strength to worship You
6
وَ اَنْ تُلْهِمَنِيْ حُسْنَ التَّحْرِرِ مِنْ مَعْصِيَتِكَ
wa an tulhimanī ḥusnat taḥriri min ma`ṣiyatik
And that You inspire me with the best way to free myself from disobedience to You
