اَشْهَدُ اَنْ لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَه
ash-hadu an lā ilāha illallāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah
I testify that there is no god except Allah. The One, there is no partner for him.
وَ اَشْهَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَ رَسُوْلُهُ
wa ash-hadu anna muḥammadan `abduhu wa rasūluh
I testify that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger,
اَرْسَلَهُ بِالْحَقِّ بَشِيْرًا وَ نَذِيْرًا بَيْنَ يَدَيِ السَّاعَةِ
ar-salahu bil ḥaqqi bashīran wa nadhīran bayna yadayis sā`ah
whom He sent with truth as a giver of glad tidings and a warner till the Judgment Day.
