1
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا خُزَّانَ عِلْمِ اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alaykum yā khuzzāna `ilmillāh
Peace be upon you, O treasurers of Allah's knowledge
2
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا تَرَاجِمَةَ وَحْيِ اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alaykum yā tarājimata waḥyillāh
Peace be upon you, O interpreters of Allah's revelation
3
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا أَئِمَّةَ الْهُدَىٰ
as salāmu `alaykum yā a-immatal hudā
Peace be upon you, O leaders of guidance
4
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا أَعْلاَمَ التُّقٰى
as salāmu `alaykum yā a`lāmat tuqā
Peace be upon you, O standards of piety
5
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا أَوْلاَدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alaykum yā awlāda rasūlillāh
Peace be upon you, O children of the Messenger of Allah
6
أَنَا عَارِفٌ بِحَقِّكُمْ
anā `ārifun biḥaqqikum
I recognize your rights
7
مُسْتَبْصِرٌ بِشَأْنِكُمْ
mustabṣirun bisha-nikum
I am insightful about your status
8
مُعَادٍ لِأَعْدَائِكُمْ
mu`ādin li-a`dā-ikum
I am an enemy to your enemies
9
مُوَالٍ لِأَوْلِيَائِكُمْ
muwālin li-awliyā-ikum
I am loyal to your friends
10
بِأَبِىْ أَنْتُمْ وَأُمِّي
bi-abī antum wa-ummī
May my father and mother be sacrificed for you
11
صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ
ṣalawātullāhi `alaykum
Blessings of Allah be upon you
12
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَتَوَالىٰ آخِرَهُمْ كَمَا تَوَالَيْتُ أَوَّلَهُمْ
allāhumma innī atawālā-ākhirahum kamā tawālaytu awwalahum
O Allah, I befriend the last of them as I befriended the first of them
13
وَأَبْرَأُ مِنْ كُلِّ وَلِيجَةٍ دُونَهُمْ
wa-abra-u min kulli walījatin dūnahum
And I disassociate from every intimate connection besides them
14
وَأَكْفُرُ بِالْجِبْتِ وَالطَّاغُوتِ وَاللَّاتِ وَالْعُزَّىٰ
wa-akfuru bil jibti waṭ ṭāghūti wal lāti wal`uzzā
And I reject the false deities and tyrants and Lat and Uzza
15
صَلَوَاتُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ يَا مَوَالِيَّ
ṣalawātullāhi `alaykum yā mawāliyya
Blessings of Allah be upon you, O my masters
16
وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
waraḥmatullāhi wabarakātuh
And the mercy of Allah and His blessings
17
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا سَيِّدَ الْعَابِدِيْنَ وَسُلالَةَ الْوَصِيِّينَ
as salāmu `alayka yā sayyidal `ābidīna wasulālatal waṣiyyīn
Peace be upon you, O master of worshippers and descendant of the successors
18
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا بَاقِرَ عِلْمِ النَّبِيِّينَ
as salāmu `alayka yā bāqira `ilmin nabiyyīn
Peace be upon you, O one who expounds the knowledge of the Prophets
19
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا صَادِقًا مُصَدَّقًا فِيْ الْقَوْلِ وَالْفِعْلِ
as salāmu `alayka yā ṣādiqan muṣaddaqan fil qawli walfi`l
Peace be upon you, O truthful one who is verified in word and deed
20
يَا مَوَالِيَّ هٰذَا يَوْمُكُمْ
yā mawāliyya hādhā yawmukum
O my masters, this is your day
21
وَهُوَ يَوْمُ الثُّلَثَاءِ
wahuwa yawmuth thulathā
And it is Tuesday
22
وَأَنَا فِيهِ ضَيْفٌ لَكُمْ
wa-ana fīhi ḍayfun lakum
And I am your guest in it
23
وَمُسْتَجِيرٌ بِكُمْ
wamustajīrun bikum
And I seek protection through you
24
فَأَضِيفُونِيْ وَأَجِيرُونِي
fa-aḍīfūnī wa-ajīrūnī
So host me and protect me
25
بِمَنْزِلَةِ اللَّهِ عِنْدَكُمْ
bimanzilatillāhi `indakum
By the status Allah has given you
26
وَ آلِ بَيْتِكُمُ الطَّيِّبِينَ الطَّاهِرِينَ
wa āli baytikumuṭ ṭayyibīnaṭ ṭāhirīn
And your pure and purified household
