بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَالطَّوْلِ
yā dhal manni waṭ ṭawl
O Possessor of favor and might
2
يَا ذَا الْجُودِ
yā dhal jūd
O Possessor of generosity
3
يَا مُصْطَفِيَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَنَاصِرَهُ
yā muṣṭafiya muḥammadin wanāṣirah
O One who chose Muhammad and supported him
4
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
Send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
5
وَاغْفِرْ لِيْ كُلَّ ذَنْبٍ اَحْصَيْتَهُ
waghfir lī kulla dhanbin aḥṣaytah
And forgive me for every sin that You have enumerated
6
وَهُوَ عِنْدَكَ فِيْ كِتَابٍ مُبِينٍ
wahuwa `indaka fī kitābin mubīn
And it is with You in a clear book
Then prostrate and say 100 times in Sajdah:
7
أَتُوبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ
atūbu ilallāh
I repent to Allah
Then invoke Allah to fulfill your legitimate desires.
