بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O' Allāh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

رَ ضِيْتُ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا
ra ḍītu billāhi rabbā
I have submitted to Allah being my Lord,
2
وَبِالْاِسْلاَمِ دِيْنًا
wabil islāmi dīnā
to Islam being my religion,
3
وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ نَبِيًّا
wabimuḥammadin ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa ālihi nabiyyā
to Muhammad—peace be upon him and his Household—being the Prophet,
4
وَبِعَلِيٍّ إِمَامًا
wabi`aliyyin imāmā
to `Ali being my leader,
5
وَبِالْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ
wabil ḥasani walḥusayn
to al-Hasan, al-Husayn,
6
وَعَلِيٍّ وَمُحَمَّدٍ
wa`aliyyin wamuḥammad
`Ali, Muhammad,
7
وَجَعْفَرٍ وَمُوْسَى
waja`farin wamūsā
Ja`far, Musa,
8
وَعَلِيٍّ وَمُحَمَّدٍ
wa`aliyyin wamuḥammad
`Ali, Muhammad,
9
وَعَلِيٍّ وَالْحَسَنِ
wa`aliyyin walḥasan
`Ali, al-Hasan,
10
وَالْخَلَفِ الصَّالِحِ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلاَمُ
walkhalafiṣ ṣāliḥi `alayhimus salām
and the Righteous Successor—peace be upon them all—
11
أَئِمَّةً وَسَادَةً وَقَادَةً
a-immatan wasādatan waqādah
being my Imams, masters, and leaders.
12
بِهِمْ أَتَوَلَّى وَمِنْ أَعْدَائِهِمْ أَتَبَرَّأُ
bihim atawallā wamin a`dā-ihim atabarra-u
Only them should I follow and their enemies will I disavow.
13
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ
allāhumma innī as-alukal `afwa wal`āfiyah
O Allah, I ask You for amnesty, good health,
14
وَالْمُعَافَاةَ فِيْ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
walmu`āfāta fid dunyā wal-ākhirah
and wellbeing in this world as well as the Next World.
