1
اَلسَّلامُ عَلٰى أَوْلِيَاءِ اللَّهِ وَأَصْفِيَائِهِ
as salāmu `alā awliyā-illāhi wa-aṣfiyā-ih
Peace be upon the friends of Allah and His chosen ones
2
اَلسَّلامُ عَلٰى أُمَنَاءِ اللَّهِ وَأَحِبَّائِهِ
as salāmu `alā umanā-illāhi wa-aḥibbā-ih
Peace be upon the trustees of Allah and His beloved ones
3
اَلسَّلامُ عَلٰى أَنْصَارِ اللَّهِ وَخُلَفَائِهِ
as salāmu `alā anṣārillāhi wakhulafā-ih
Peace be upon the helpers of Allah and His successors
4
اَلسَّلامُ عَلٰى مَحَالِّ مَعْرِفَةِ اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alā maḥālli ma`rifatillāh
Peace be upon the places of Allah's recognition
5
اَلسَّلامُ عَلٰى مَسَاكِنِ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alā masākini dhikrillāh
Peace be upon the dwellings of Allah's remembrance
6
اَلسَّلامُ عَلٰى مُظْهِرِيْ أَمْرِ اللَّهِ وَنَهْيِهِ
as salāmu `alā muẓhirī amrillāhi wanahyih
Peace be upon those who manifest Allah's commands and prohibitions
7
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَى الدُّعَاةِ إِلَى اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alad du`āti ilallāh
Peace be upon those who call towards Allah
8
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَى الْمُسْتَقِرِّينَ فِيْ مَرْضَاةِ اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alal mustaqirrīna fī mar-ḍātillāh
Peace be upon those who are steadfast in Allah's pleasure
9
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَى الْمُخْلِصِينَ فِيْ طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alal mukhliṣīna fī ṭā`atillāh
Peace be upon those who are sincere in Allah's obedience
10
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَى الْأَدِلَّاءِ عَلَى اللَّهِ
as salāmu `alal adillā-i `alallāh
Peace be upon those who guide towards Allah
11
اَلسَّلامُ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ مَنْ وَالَاهُمْ فَقَدْ وَالَى اللّٰهَ
as salāmu `alal ladhīna man wālāhum faqad wālallāh
Peace be upon those whom whoever befriends them has befriended Allah
12
وَمَنْ عَادَاهُمْ فَقَدْ عَادَى اللّٰهَ
waman `ādāhum faqad `ādallāh
And whoever is hostile to them has been hostile to Allah
13
وَمَنْ عَرَفَهُمْ فَقَدْ عَرَفَ اللّٰهَ
waman `arafahum faqad `arafallāh
And whoever recognizes them has recognized Allah
14
وَمَنْ جَهِلَهُمْ فَقَدْ جَهِلَ اللّٰهَ
waman jahilahum faqad jahilallāh
And whoever is ignorant of them is ignorant of Allah
15
وَمَنِ اعْتَصَمَ بِهِمْ فَقَدِ اعْتَصَمَ بِاللَّهِ
wamani`taṣama bihim faqadi`taṣama billāh
And whoever holds fast to them has held fast to Allah
16
وَمَنْ تَخَلَّىٰ مِنْهُمْ فَقَدْ تَخَلَّىٰ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّوَجَلَّ
waman takhallā minhum faqad takhallā minallāhi `azzawajall
And whoever abandons them has abandoned Allah, the Mighty and Majestic
17
وَأُشْهِدُ اللّٰهَ أَنِّيْ سِلْمٌ لِمَنْ سَالَمْتُمْ
wa-ush-hidullāha annī silmun liman sālamtum
I take Allah as witness that I am at peace with those whom you are at peace with
18
وَحَرْبٌ لِمَنْ حَارَبْتُمْ
waḥar-bun liman ḥārabtum
And at war with those whom you are at war with
19
مُؤْمِنٌ بِسِرِّكُمْ وَعَلانِيَتِكُمْ
mu-minun bisirrikum wa`alāniyatikum
I believe in your private and public affairs
20
مُفَوِّضٌ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ كُلِّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ
mufawwiḍun fī dhālika kullihi ilaykum
I entrust all of these matters to you
21
لَعَنَ اللَّهُ عَدُوَّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
la`anallāhu `aduwwa-āli muḥammad
May Allah curse the enemies of the family of Muhammad
22
مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ
minal jinni wal-ins
From among the jinn and mankind
23
وَأَبْرَأُ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنْهُمْ
wa-abra-u ilallāhi minhum
And I seek disassociation from them before Allah
24
وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
waṣallallāhu `alā muḥammadin wa ālih
And may Allah's blessings be upon Muhammad and his family
