بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
يَا مَنْ لَا يَخْفَى عَلَيْهِ أَنْبَاءُ الْمُتَظَلِّمِيْنَ
yā man lā yakhfā `alayhi anbā-ul mutaẓallimīn
O He from whom the pleas of the oppressed are not hidden
2
وَ يَا مَنْ لَا يَحْتَاجُ فِيْ قَصَصِهِمْ إِلَى شَهَادَاتِ الشَّاهِدِيْنَ
wa yā man lā yaḥtāju fī qaṣaṣihim ilā shahādātish shāhidīn
O He who does not need witnesses to confirm their stories
3
وَ يَا مَنْ قَرُبَتْ نُصْرَتُهُ مِنَ الْمَظْلُومِيْنَ
wa yā man qarubat nuṣratuhu minal maẓlūmīn
O He whose help is near to the oppressed
4
وَ يَا مَنْ بَعُدَ عَوْنُهُ عَنِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ قَدْ عَلِمْتَ
wa yā man ba`uda `awnuhu `aniẓ ẓālimīna qad `alimt
O He whose aid is far from the oppressors. You know
5
يَا إِلَهِيْ مَا نَالَنِيْ مِنْ فُلَانِ بْنِ فُلَانٍ مِمَّا حَظَرْتَ
yā ilahī mā nālanī min fulānibni fulānin mimmā ḥaẓar-t
O my God, what I have suffered from so-and-so, son of so-and-so, from what You have forbidden
6
وَ انْتَهَكَهُ مِنِّيْ مِمَّا حَجَزْتَ عَلَيْهِ بَطَرًا فِيْ نِعْمَتِكَ عِنْدَهُ وَ اغْتِرَارًا بِنَكِيرِكَ عَلَيْهِ
wantahakahu minnī mimmā ḥajazta `alayhi baṭaran fī ni`matika `indahu waghtirāran binakīrika `alayh
And what he has violated against me from what You have prohibited, out of arrogance for Your blessings upon him and in delusion about Your punishment
7
اَللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ اللَّهُمَّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma faṣallillāhumma `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
8
وَ خُذْ ظَالِمِيْ وَ عَدُوِّيْ عَنْ ظُلْمِيْ بِقُوَّتِكَ
wa khudh ẓālimī wa `aduwwī `an ẓulmī biquwwatik
And stop my oppressor and enemy from oppressing me by Your strength
9
وَ افْلُلْ حَدَّهُ عَنِّيْ بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَ اجْعَلْ لَهُ
waflul ḥaddahu `annī biqudratika waj`al lah
And blunt his edge against me by Your power, and create for him
10
شُغْلًا فِيمَا يَلِيهِ وَ عَجْزًا عَمَّا يُنَاوِيهِ
shughlan fīmā yalīhi wa `ajzan `ammā yunāwīh
Preoccupation with his own affairs and inability to harm me
11
اَللَّهُمَّ وَ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma wa ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
12
وَ لَا تُسَوِّغْ لَهُ ظُلْمِيْ وَ أَحْسِنْ عَلَيْهِ عَوْنِي
wa lā tusawwigh lahu ẓulmī wa aḥsin `alayhi `awnī
Do not allow him to oppress me, and grant me excellent support against him
13
وَ اعْصِمْنِيْ مِنْ مِثْلِ أَفْعَالِهِ وَ لَا تَجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْ مِثْلِ حَالِهِ
wa`ṣimnī min mithli af`ālihi wa lā taj`alnī fī mithli ḥālih
Protect me from committing similar actions, and do not place me in a similar state
14
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
15
وَ أَعِدْنِيْ عَلَيْهِ عَدْوَى حَاضِرَةً تَكُونُ مِنْ غَيْظِيْ بِهِ شِفَاءً
wa a`idnī `alayhi `adwā ḥāḍiratan takūnu min ghayẓī bihi shifā-ā
Grant me immediate triumph over him that will heal my anger
16
وَ مِنْ حَنَقِيْ عَلَيْهِ وَفَاءً
wa min ḥanaqī `alayhi wafā-ā
And satisfy my resentment against him
17
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
18
وَ عَوِّضْنِيْ مِنْ ظُلْمِهِ لِيْ عَفْوَكَ
wa `awwiḍnī min ẓulmihi lī `afwak
And compensate me for his oppression with Your pardon
19
وَ أَبْدِلْنِيْ بِسُوءِ صَنِيعِهِ بِيْ رَحْمَتَكَ
wa abdilnī bisū-i ṣanī`ihi bī raḥmatak
And replace his evil actions toward me with Your mercy
20
فَكُلُّ مَكْرُوهٍ جَلَلٌ دُوْنَ سَخَطِكَ
fakullu makrūhin jalalun dūna sakhaṭik
For every affliction is insignificant compared to Your displeasure
21
وَ كُلُّ مَرْزِئَةٍ سَوَاءٌ مَعَ مَوْجِدَتِكَ
wa kullu mar-zi-atin sawā-un ma`a mawjidatik
And every calamity is equal in comparison to Your anger
22
اَللَّهُمَّ فَكَمَا كَرَّهْتَ إِلَيَّ أَنْ أَظْلِمَ فَقِنِيْ مِنْ أَنْ أُظْلَمَ
allāhumma fakamā karrahta ilayya an aẓlima faqinī min an uẓlam
O Allah, as You have made it hateful to me to oppress, protect me from being oppressed
23
اَللَّهُمَّ لَا أَشْكُوْ إِلَى أَحَدٍ سِوَاكَ
allāhumma lā ashkū ilā aḥadin siwāk
O Allah, I do not complain to anyone but You
24
وَ لَا أَسْتَعِينُ بِحَاكِمٍ غَيْرِكَ حَاشَاكَ
wa lā asta`īnu biḥākimin ghayrika ḥāshāk
And I do not seek help from any judge other than You, far be it from You
25
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
26
وَ صِلْ دُعَائِيْ بِالْإِجَابَةِ وَ اقْرِنْ شِكَايَتِيْ بِالتَّغْيِيرِ
wa ṣil du`ā-ī bil ijābati waqrin shikāyatī bittaghyīr
And connect my prayer with an answer, and join my complaint with change
27
اَللَّهُمَّ لَا تَفْتِنِّيْ بِالْقُنُوطِ مِنْ إِنْصَافِكَ
allāhumma lā taftinnī bil qunūṭi min inṣāfik
O Allah, do not test me with despair of Your justice
28
وَ لَا تَفْتِنْهُ بِالْأَمْنِ مِنْ إِنْكَارِكَ
wa lā taftinhu bil amni min inkārik
And do not test him with safety from Your punishment
29
فَيُصِرَّ عَلَى ظُلْمِيْ وَ يُحَاضِرَنِيْ بِحَقِّي
fayuṣirra `alā ẓulmī wa yuḥāḍiranī biḥaqqī
Lest he persist in oppressing me and contest my rights
30
وَ عَرِّفْهُ عَمَّا قَلِيلٍ مَا أَوْعَدْتَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ
wa `arrifhu `ammā qalīlin mā aw`adtaẓ ẓālimīn
And make him know soon what You have promised the oppressors
31
وَ عَرِّفْنِيْ مَا وَعَدْتَ مِنْ إِجَابَةِ الْمُضْطَرِّينَ
wa `arrifnī mā wa`adta min ijābatil muḍṭarrīn
And make me know what You have promised about answering the distressed
32
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
33
وَ وَفِّقْنِيْ لِقَبُولِ مَا قَضَيْتَ لِيْ وَ عَلَيَّ
wa waffiqnī liqabūli mā qaḍayta lī wa `alayy
And guide me to accept what You have decreed for me and upon me
34
وَ رَضِّنِيْ بِمَا أَخَذْتَ لِيْ وَ مِنِّي
wa raḍḍinī bimā akhadhta lī wa minnī
And make me pleased with what You have taken for me and from me
35
وَ اهْدِنِيْ لِلَّتِيْ هِيَ أَقْوَمُ وَ اسْتَعْمِلْنِيْ بِمَا هُوَ أَسْلَمُ
wahdinī lillatī hiya aqwamu wasta`milnī bimā huwa aslam
Guide me to what is most upright and use me in what is safest
36
اَللَّهُمَّ وَ إِنْ كَانَتِ الْخِيَرَةُ لِيْ عِنْدَكَ
allāhumma wa in kānatil khiyaratu lī `indak
O Allah, if in Your view the best for me is
37
فِيْ تَأْخِيرِ الْأَخْذِ لِيْ وَ تَرْكِ الِانْتِقَامِ
fī ta-khīril akhdhi lī wa tar-kil intiqām
To delay my vindication and postpone taking revenge
38
مِمَّنْ ظَلَمَنِيْ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْفَصْلِ وَ مَجْمَعِ الْخَصْمِ
mimman ẓalamanī ilā yawmil faṣli wa majma`il khaṣm
From those who have wronged me until the Day of Judgment and the gathering of adversaries
39
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
Then send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
40
وَ أَيِّدْنِيْ مِنْكَ بِنِيَّةٍ صَادِقَةٍ وَ صَبْرٍ دَائِمٍ
wa ayyidnī minka biniyyatin ṣādiqatin wa ṣabrin dā-im
And strengthen me from You with true intention and enduring patience
41
وَ أَعِذْنِيْ مِنْ سُوءِ الرَّغْبَةِ وَ هَلَعِ أَهْلِ الْحِرْصِ
wa a`idhnī min sū-ir raghbati wa hala`i ahlil ḥir-ṣ
And protect me from evil desire and the anxiety of the greedy
42
وَ صَوِّرْ فِيْ قَلْبِيْ مِثَالَ مَا ادَّخَرْتَ لِيْ مِنْ ثَوَابِكَ
wa ṣawwir fī qalbī mithāla māddakhar-ta lī min thawābik
And imprint in my heart the example of what You have stored for me of Your reward
43
وَ أَعْدَدْتَ لِخَصْمِيْ مِنْ جَزَائِكَ وَ عِقَابِكَ
wa a`dadta likhaṣmī min jazā-ika wa `iqābik
And what You have prepared for my adversary of Your recompense and punishment
44
وَ اجْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ سَبَبًا لِقَنَاعَتِيْ بِمَا قَضَيْتَ
waj`al dhālika sababan liqanā`atī bimā qaḍayt
And make that a cause for my contentment with what You have decreed
45
وَ ثِقَتِيْ بِمَا تَخَيَّرْتَ آمِيْنَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
wa thiqatī bimā takhayyar-ta-āmīna rabbal `ālamīn
And my trust in what You have chosen, Amen, Lord of the Worlds
46
إِنَّكَ ذُوْ الْفَضْلِ الْعَظِيمِ وَ أَنْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
innaka dhul faḍlil `aẓīmi wa anta `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
Indeed You are possessor of great bounty and You have power over all things
