بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ الَّذِيْ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī
All praise is for Allah who
2
لَاإِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ
la-ilāha illā huw
There is no god but He
3
اَلْمَلِكُ الْحَقُّ الْمُبِيْنُ
al malikul ḥaqqul mubīn
The King, the Truth, the Manifest
4
اَلْمُدَبِّرُ بِلَا وَزِيْرٍ
al mudabbiru bilā wazīr
The Administrator without any minister
5
وَلَا خَلْقٍ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ يَسْتَشِيرُ
walā khalqin min `ibādihi yastashīr
And no creation from His servants He consults
6
اَلْأَوَّلُ غَيْرُ مَوْصُوفٍ
al awwalu ghayru mawṣūf
The First without description
7
وَالْبَاقِيْ بَعْدَ فَنَاءِ الْخَلْقِ
walbāqī ba`da fanā-il khalq
And the Everlasting after the annihilation of creation
8
اَلْعَظِيمُ الرُّبُوبِيَّةِ
al `aẓīmur rubūbiyyah
The Great in Lordship
9
نُوْرُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرَضِينَ
nūrus samāwāti wal-araḍīn
The Light of the heavens and earths
10
وَفَاطِرُهُمَا وَمُبْتَدِعُهُمَا
wafāṭiruhumā wamubtadi`uhumā
Their Creator and their Originator
11
بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ خَلَقَهُمَا وَفَتَقَهُمَا فَتْقًا
bighayri `amadin khalaqahumā wafataqahumā fatqā
Without pillars He created them and split them asunder
12
فَقَامَتِ السَّمَاوَاتُ طَائِعَاتٍ بِأَمْرِهِ
faqāmatis samāwātu ṭā-i`ātin bi-amrih
So the heavens stand obedient by His command
13
وَاسْتَقَرَّتِ الْأَرَضُونَ بِأَوْتَادِهَا فَوْقَ الْمَاءِ
wastaqarratil araḍūna bi-awtādihā fawqal mā
And the earths settled with their pegs above the water
14
ثُمَّ عَلَا رَبُّنَا فِيْ السَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلىٰ
thumma `alā rabbunā fis samāwātil `ulā
Then our Lord rose high in the highest heavens
15
اَلرَّحْمٰنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوٰى
ar raḥmānu `alal `ar-shistawā
The Most Merciful established Himself on the Throne
16
لَهُ مَا فِيْ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِيْ الْأَرْضِ
lahu mā fis samāwāti wamā fil ar-ḍ
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth
17
وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَمَا تَحْتَ الثَّرىٰ
wamā baynahumā wamā taḥtath tharā
And whatever is between them and whatever is under the soil
18
فَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ
fa-ana ash-hadu bi-annaka antallāh
I bear witness that You are Allah
19
لَارَافِعَ لِمَا وَضَعْتَ
lārāfi`a limā waḍa`t
No one can raise what You have lowered
20
وَلَا وَاضِعَ لِمَا رَفَعْتَ
walā wāḍi`a limā rafa`t
And no one can lower what You have raised
21
وَلَا مُعِزَّ لِمَنْ أَذْلَلْتَ
walā mu`izza liman adhlalt
And no one can honor whom You have humiliated
22
وَلَا مُذِلَّ لِمَنْ أَعْزَزْتَ
walā mudhilla liman a`zazt
And no one can humiliate whom You have honored
23
وَلَا مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ
walā māni`a limā a`ṭayt
And no one can withhold what You have given
24
وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ
walā mu`ṭiya limā mana`t
And no one can give what You have withheld
25
وَأَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَاإِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
wa-antallāhu la-ilāha illā ant
And You are Allah, there is no god but You
26
كُنْتَ إِذْ لَمْ تَكُنْ سَمَاءٌ مَبْنِيَّةٌ
kunta idh lam takun samā-un mabniyyah
You existed when there was no built heaven
27
وَلَا أَرْضٌ مَدْحِيَّةٌ
walā ar-ḍun mad-ḥiyyah
And no spread earth
28
وَلَا شَمْسٌ مُضِيئَةٌ
walā shamsun muḍī-ah
And no shining sun
29
وَلَا لَيْلٌ مُظْلِمٌ
walā laylun muẓlim
And no dark night
30
وَلَا نَهَارٌ مُضِىءٌ
walā nahārun muḍī
And no bright day
31
وَلَا بَحْرٌ لُجِّيٌّ
walā baḥrun lujjiyy
And no deep sea
32
وَلَا جَبَلٌ رَاسٍ
walā jabalun rās
And no firm mountain
33
وَلَا نَجْمٌ سَارٍ
walā najmun sār
And no moving star
34
وَلَا قَمَرٌ مُنِيرٌ
walā qamarun munīr
And no illuminating moon
35
وَلَا رِيحٌ تَهُبُّ
walā rīḥun tahubb
And no blowing wind
36
وَلَا سَحَابٌ يَسْكُبُ
walā saḥābun yaskub
And no pouring cloud
37
وَلَا بَرْقٌ يَلْمَعُ
walā bar-qun yalma`
And no flashing lightning
38
وَلَا رَعْدٌ يُسَبِّحُ
walā ra`dun yusabbiḥ
And no glorifying thunder
39
وَلَا رُوحٌ تَنَفَّسُ
walā rūḥun tanaffas
And no breathing soul
40
وَلَا طَائِرٌ يَطِيرُ
walā ṭā-irun yaṭīr
And no flying bird
41
وَلَا نَارٌ تَتَوَقَّدُ
walā nārun tatawaqqad
And no blazing fire
42
وَلَا مَاءٌ يَطَّرِدُ
walā mā-un yaṭṭarid
And no flowing water
43
كُنْتَ قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيْء
kunta qabla kulli shay
You existed before everything
44
وَكَوَّنْتَ كُلَّ شَيْء
wakawwanta kulla shay
And You brought everything into being
45
وَقَدَرْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْء
waqadar-ta `alā kulli shay
And You have power over everything
46
وَابْتَدَعْتَ كُلَّ شَيْء
wabtada`ta kulla shay
And You originated everything
47
وَأَغْنَيْتَ وَأَفْقَرْتَ
wa-aghnayta wa-afqar-t
You enriched and impoverished
48
وَأَمَتَّ وَأَحْيَيْتَ
wa-amatta wa-aḥyayt
You caused death and gave life
49
وَأَضْحَكْتَ وَأَبْكَيْتَ
wa-aḍ-ḥakta wa-abkayt
You made laugh and made weep
50
وَعَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوَيْتَ
wa`alal `ar-shistawayt
And You established Yourself on the Throne
51
فَتَبَارَكْتَ يَا اَللَّهُ وَتَعَالَيْتَ
fatabārakta yā allāhu wata`ālayt
Blessed are You, O Allah, and Exalted
52
أَنْتَ اللَّهُ الَّذِيْ لَاإِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
antallāhul ladhī la-ilāha illā ant
You are Allah, there is no god but You
53
اَلْخَلَّاقُ الْمُعِينُ
al khallāqul mu`īn
The Creator, the Helper
54
أَمْرُكَ غَالِبٌ
amruka ghālib
Your command is dominant
55
وَعِلْمُكَ نَافِذٌ
wa`ilmuka nāfidh
And Your knowledge is penetrating
56
وَكَيْدُكَ غَرِيبٌ
wakayduka gharīb
And Your plan is extraordinary
57
وَوَعْدُكَ صَادِقٌ
wawa`duka ṣādiq
And Your promise is true
58
وَقَوْلُكَ حَقٌّ
waqawluka ḥaqq
And Your word is truth
59
وَحُكْمُكَ عَدْلٌ
waḥukmuka `adl
And Your judgment is just
60
وَكَلامُكَ هُدًى
wakalāmuka hudā
And Your speech is guidance
61
وَوَحْيُكَ نُورٌ
wawaḥyuka nūr
And Your revelation is light
62
وَرَحْمَتُكَ وَاسِعَةٌ
waraḥmatuka wāsi`ah
And Your mercy is vast
63
وَعَفْوُكَ عَظِيمٌ
wa`afwuka `aẓīm
And Your forgiveness is great
64
وَفَضْلُكَ كَثِيرٌ
wafaḍluka kathīr
And Your bounty is abundant
65
وَعَطَاؤُكَ جَزِيلٌ
wa`aṭa-uka jazīl
And Your gift is plentiful
66
وَحَبْلُكَ مَتِينٌ
waḥabluka matīn
And Your rope is strong
67
وَإِمْكَانُكَ عَتِيدٌ
wa-imkānuka `atīd
And Your power is ready
68
وَجَارُكَ عَزِيزٌ
wajāruka `azīz
And Your protection is mighty
69
وَبَأسُكَ شَدِيدٌ
waba-suka shadīd
And Your punishment is severe
70
وَمَكْرُكَ مَكِيدٌ
wamakruka makīd
And Your plan is firm
71
أَنْتَ يَا رَبِّ مَوْضِعُ كُلِّ شَكْوٰى
anta yā rabbi mawḍi`u kulli shakwā
You, O Lord, are the place of every complaint
72
وَحَاضِرُ كُلِّ مَلًا
waḥāḍiru kulli malā
And present in every gathering
73
وَشَاهِدُ كُلِّ نَجْوٰى
washāhidu kulli najwā
And witness to every secret conversation
74
مُنْتَهىٰ كُلِّ حَاجَةٍ
muntahā kulli ḥājah
The ultimate aim of every need
75
مُفَرِّجُ كُلِّ حُزْنٍ
mufarriju kulli ḥuzn
The reliever of every sorrow
76
غِنىٰ كُلِّ مِسْكِينٍ
ghinā kulli miskīn
The wealth of every destitute
77
حِصْنُ كُلِّ هَارِبٍ
ḥiṣnu kulli hārib
The fortress of every fugitive
78
أَمَانُ كُلِّ خَائِفٍ
amānu kulli khā-if
The security of every fearful one
79
حِرْزُ الضُّعَفَاءِ
ḥir-zuḍ ḍu`afā
The protector of the weak
80
كَنْزُ الْفُقَرَاءِ
kanzul fuqarā
The treasure of the poor
81
مُفَرِّجُ الْغَمَّاءِ
mufarrijul ghammā
The reliever of distress
82
مُعِينُ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
mu`īnuṣ ṣāliḥīn
The helper of the righteous
83
ذٰلِكَ اللَّهُ رَبُّنَا لَاإِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ
dhālikallāhu rabbunā la-ilāha illā huw
That is Allah, our Lord, there is no god but Him
84
تَكْفِيْ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ مَنْ تَوَكَّلَ عَلَيْكَ
takfī min `ibādika man tawakkala `alayk
You suffice those of Your servants who rely on You
85
وَأَنْتَ جَارُ مَنْ لاَذَبِكَ وَتَضَرَّعَ إِلَيْكَ
wa-anta jāru man lādhabika wataḍarra`a ilayk
And You protect whoever seeks refuge in You and implores You
86
عِصْمَةُ مَنِ اعْتَصَمَ بِكَ
`iṣmatu mani`taṣama bik
The guardian of whoever holds fast to You
87
نَاصِرُ مَنِ انْتَصَرَ بِكَ
nāṣiru manintaṣara bik
The supporter of whoever seeks Your support
88
تَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ لِمَنِ اسْتَغْفَرَكَ
taghfirudh dhunūba limanistaghfarak
You forgive the sins of whoever seeks Your forgiveness
89
جَبَّارُ الْجَبَابِرَةِ
jabbārul jabābirah
The Subduer of the tyrants
90
عَظِيمُ الْعُظَمَاءِ
`aẓīmul `uẓamā
The Greatest of the great
91
كَبِيرُ الْكُبَرَاءِ
kabīrul kubarā
The Grandest of the grand
92
سَيِّدُ السَّادَاتِ
sayyidus sādāt
The Master of masters
93
مَوْلَى الْمَوَالِيْ
mawlal mawālī
The Lord of lords
94
صَرِيخُ المُسْتَصْرِخِينَ
ṣarīkhul mustaṣrikhīn
The Rescuer of those who cry for help
95
مُنَفِّسٌ عَنِ الْمَكْرُوبِينَ
munaffisun `anil makrūbīn
The Reliever of the distressed
96
مُجِيبُ دَعْوَةِ الْمُضْطَرِّينَ
mujību da`watil muḍṭarrīn
The Answerer of the prayer of the desperate
97
أَسْمَعُ السَّامِعِينَ
asma`us sāmi`īn
The Most Hearing of hearers
98
أَبْصَرُ النَّاظِرِينَ
abṣarun nāẓirīn
The Most Seeing of seers
99
أَحْكَمُ الْحَاكِمِيْنَ
aḥkamul ḥākimīn
The Wisest of judges
100
أَسْرَعُ الْحَاسِبِينَ
asra`ul ḥāsibīn
The Swiftest of reckoners
101
أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
ar-ḥamur rāḥimīn
The Most Merciful of the merciful
102
خَيْرُ الْغَافِرِينَ
khayrul ghāfirīn
The Best of forgivers
103
قَاضِيْ حَوَائِجِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
qāḍī ḥawā-ijil mu-minīn
The Fulfiller of the needs of believers
104
مُغِيثُ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
mughīthuṣ ṣāliḥīn
The Helper of the righteous
105
أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لَاإِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
antallāhu la-ilāha illā ant
You are Allah, there is no god but You
106
رَبُّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
rabbul `ālamīn
The Lord of the worlds
107
أَنْتَ الْخَالِقُ وَأَنَا الْمَخْلُوقُ
antal khāliqu wa-anal makhlūq
You are the Creator and I am the created
108
وَأَنْتَ الْمَالِكُ وَأَنَا الْمَمْلُوْكُ
wa-antal māliku wa-anal mamlūk
You are the Owner and I am the owned
109
وَأَنْتَ الرَّبُّ وَأَنَا الْعَبْدُ
wa-antar rabbu wa-anal `abd
You are the Lord and I am the servant
110
وَأَنْتَ الرَّازِقُ وَأَنَا الْمَرْزُوْقُ
wa-antar rāziqu wa-anal mar-zūq
You are the Provider and I am the provided for
111
وَأَنْتَ الْمُعْطِيْ وَأَنَا السَّائِلُ
wa-antal mu`ṭī wa-anas sā-il
You are the Giver and I am the asker
112
وَأَنْتَ الْجَوَادُ وَأَنَا الْبَخِيْلُ
wa-antal jawādu wa-anal bakhīl
You are the Generous and I am the miserly
113
وَأَنْتَ الْقَوِيُّ وَأَنَا الضَّعِيْفُ
wa-antal qawiyyu wa-anaḍ ḍa`īf
You are the Strong and I am the weak
114
وَأَنْتَ الْعَزِيزُ وَأَنَا الذَّلِيْلُ
wa-antal `azīzu wa-anadh dhalīl
You are the Mighty and I am the humble
115
وَأَنْتَ الْغَنِيُّ وَ أَنَا الْفَقِيْرُ
wa-antal ghaniyyu wa anal faqīr
You are the Rich and I am the poor
116
وَأَنْتَ السَّيِّدُ وَأَنَا الْعَبْدُ
wa-antas sayyidu wa-anal `abd
You are the Master and I am the servant
117
وَأَنْتَ الْغَافِرُ وَأَنَا الْمُسِىءُ
wa-antal ghāfiru wa-anal musī
You are the Forgiver and I am the sinner
118
وَأَنْتَ الْعَالِمُ وَأَنَا الْجَاهِلُ
wa-antal `ālimu wa-anal jāhil
You are the Knowledgeable and I am the ignorant
119
وَأَنْتَ الْحَلِيمُ وَأَنَا الْعَجُوْلُ
wa-antal ḥalīmu wa-anal `ajūl
You are the Forbearing and I am the hasty
120
وَأَنْتَ الرَّحْمٰنُ وَأَنَا الْمَرْحُوْمُ
wa-antar raḥmānu wa-anal mar-ḥūm
You are the Merciful and I am the recipient of mercy
121
وَأَنْتَ الْمُعَافِيْ وَأَنَا الْمُبْتَلَى
wa-antal mu`āfī wa-anal mubtalā
You are the Giver of well-being and I am the afflicted
122
وَأَنْتَ الْمُجِيبُ وَأَنَا الْمُضْطَرُّ
wa-antal mujību wa-anal muḍṭarr
You are the Responder and I am the desperate
123
وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ
wa-ana ash-hadu bi-annaka antallāh
And I bear witness that You are Allah
124
لَاإِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
la-ilāha illā ant
There is no god but You
125
اَلْمُعْطِيْ عِبَادَكَ بِلَا سُؤَالٍ
al mu`ṭī `ibādaka bilā su-āl
The Giver to Your servants without being asked
126
وَأَشْهَدُ بِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ
wa-ash-hadu bi-annaka antallāh
And I bear witness that You are Allah
127
اَلْوَاحِدُ الْأَحَدُ الْمُتَفَرِّدُ الصَّمَدُ الْفَرْدُ
al wāḥidul aḥadul mutafarriduṣ ṣamadul far-d
The One, the Unique, the Singular, the Eternal, the Absolute
128
وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيْرُ
wa-ilaykal maṣīr
And to You is the final return
129
وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ الطَّيِّبِينَ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ
waṣallallāhu `alā muḥammadin wa-ahli baytihiṭ ṭayyibīnaṭ ṭāhirīn
And may Allah send blessings upon Muhammad and his pure, purified household
130
وَاغْفِرْ لِيْ ذُنُوبِيْ
waghfir lī dhunūbī
And forgive my sins
131
وَاسْتُرْ عَلَيَّ عُيُوبِيْ
wastur `alayya `uyūbī
And conceal my faults
132
وَافْتَحْ لِيْ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ رَحْمَةً وَرِزْقًا وَاسِعًا
waftaḥ lī min ladunka raḥmatan warizqan wāsi`ā
And open for me from Yourself mercy and abundant provision
133
يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
O Most Merciful of the merciful
134
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
walḥamdu lillāhi rabbil `ālamīn
And all praise is for Allah, the Lord of the worlds
135
وَحَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
waḥasbunallāhu wani`mal wakīl
And Allah is sufficient for us and the Best Disposer of affairs
136
وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ
walā ḥawla walā quwwata illā billāhil `aliyyil `aẓīm
And there is no power or strength except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great
