بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ دَعَوْتَنَا إِلَى سَبِيلِ طَاعَتِكَ وَ طَاعَةِ نَبِيِّكَ وَ وَصِيِّهِ وَ عِتْرَتِهِ
allāhumma innaka da`awtanā ilā sabīli ṭā`atika wa ṭā`ati nabiyyika wa waṣiyyihi wa `itratih
O Allah, You have called us to the path of obedience to You, and obedience to Your Prophet, his successor, and his progeny

دُعَاءً لَهُ نُورٌ وَ ضِيَاءٌ وَ بَهْجَةٌ وَ اسْتِنَارٌ
du`ā-an lahu nūrun wa ḍiyā-un wa bahjatun wastinār
A call that has light, illumination, joy, and brightness
3
فَدَعَانَا نَبِيُّكَ لِوَصِيِّهِ يَوْمَ غَدِيرِ خُمٍّ
fada`ānā nabiyyuka liwaṣiyyihi yawma ghadīri khumm
Your Prophet called us to his successor on the day of Ghadeer Khumm
4
فَوَفَّقْتَنَا لِلْإِصَابَةِ وَ سَدَّدْتَنَا لِلْإِجَابَةِ لِدُعَائِهِ
fawaffaqtanā lil-iṣābati wa saddadtanā lil-ijābati lidu`ā-ih
You guided us to the right path and directed us to respond to his call

فَأَنَبْنَا إِلَيْكَ بِالْإِنَابَةِ وَ أَسْلَمْنَا لِنَبِيِّكَ قُلُوبَنَا
fa-anabnā ilayka bil inābati wa aslamnā linabiyyika qulūbanā
So we turned to You in repentance and submitted our hearts to Your Prophet
6
وَ لِوَصِيِّهِ نُفُوسَنَا وَ لِمَا دَعَوْتَنَا إِلَيْهِ عُقُولَنَا فَتَمَّ لَنَا نُوْرُكَ
wa liwaṣiyyihi nufūsanā wa limā da`awtanā ilayhi `uqūlanā fatamma lanā nūruk
And our souls to his successor, and our minds to what You have called us to, so Your light was completed for us
7
يَا هَادِيَ الْمُضِلِّينَ فَتَمَّ لَنَا نُوْرُكَ
yā hādiyal muḍillīna fatamma lanā nūruk
O Guide of the misguided, Your light was completed for us
8
أَخْرِجِ الْبُغْضَ وَ الْمُنْكَرَ وَ الْغُلُوَّ لِأَمِينِكَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَ الْأَئِمَّةِ مِنْ وُلْدِهِ مِنْ قُلُوبِنَا وَ نُفُوسِنَا وَ أَلْسِنَتِنَا وَ هُمُومِنَا
akhrijil bughḍa wal munkara wal ghuluwwa li-amīnika amīril mu-minīna wal a-immati min wuldihi min qulūbinā wa nufūsinā wa alsinatinā wa humūminā
Remove hatred, denial, and exaggeration toward Your trustee, the Commander of the Faithful, and the Imams from his progeny from our hearts, our souls, our tongues, and our thoughts
9
وَ زِدْنَا مِنْ مُوَالَاتِهِ وَ مَحَبَّتِهِ وَ مَوَدَّتِهِ لَهُ وَ الْأَئِمَّةِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ زِيَادَاتٍ لَا انْقِطَاعَ لَهَا وَ مُدَّةً لَا تَنَاهِيَ لَهَا
wa zidnā min muwālātihi wa maḥabbatihi wa mawaddatihi lahu wal a-immati min ba`dihi ziyādātin lanqiṭā`a lahā wa muddatan lā tanāhiya lahā
And increase our loyalty, love, and affection for him and the Imams after him, with increases that have no end and a duration that has no limit
10
وَ اجْعَلْنَا نُعَادِيْ لِوَلِيِّكَ مَنْ نَاصَبَهُ وَ نُوَالِيْ مَنْ أَحَبَّهُ وَ نَأْمُلُ بِذٰلِكَ طَاعَتَكَ
waj`alnā nu`ādī liwaliyyika man nāṣabahu wa nuwālī man aḥabbahu wa na-mulu bidhālika ṭā`atak
And make us oppose those who oppose Your guardian, and befriend those who love him, and we hope through this to obey You
11
يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
O Most Merciful of the merciful
12
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ عَذَابَكَ وَ سَخَطَكَ عَلَى مَنْ نَاصَبَ وَلِيَّكَ وَ جَاحَدَ وَ جَحَدَ إِمَامَتَهُ وَ أَنْكَرَ وَلَايَتَهُ
allāhummaj`al `adhābaka wa sakhaṭaka `alā man nāṣaba waliyyaka wa jāḥada wa jaḥada imāmatahu wa ankara walāyatah
O Allah, place Your punishment and wrath upon those who oppose Your guardian, and who deny his Imamate, and reject his authority
13
وَ قَدَّمْتَهُ أَيَّامَ فِتْنَتِكَ فِيْ كُلِّ عَصْرٍ وَ زَمَانٍ وَ أَوَانٍ
wa qaddamtahu ayyāma fitnatika fī kulli `aṣrin wa zamānin wa awān
And those who gave precedence in the days of Your trial in every era, time, and period
14
إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
innaka `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
Indeed, You have power over all things
15
اَللَّهُمَّ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولِكَ وَ عَلِيٍّ وَلِيِّكَ وَ الْأَئِمَّةِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ حُجَجِكَ
allāhumma biḥaqqi muḥammadin rasūlika wa `aliyyin waliyyika wal a-immati min ba`dihi ḥujajik
O Allah, by the right of Muhammad Your Messenger, and Ali Your guardian, and the Imams after him, Your proofs
16
فَأَثْبِتْ قَلْبِيْ عَلَى دِينِكَ وَ مُوَالَاةِ أَوْلِيَائِكَ وَ مُعَادَاةِ أَعْدَائِكَ
fa-athbit qalbī `alā dīnika wa muwālāti awliyā-ika wa mu`ādāti a`dā-ik
Strengthen my heart upon Your religion, and loyalty to Your friends, and enmity toward Your enemies
17
مَعَ خَيْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ
ma`a khayrid dunyā wal-ākhirah
With the goodness of this world and the Hereafter
18
تَجْمَعُهُمَا لِيْ وَ لِأَهْلِيْ وَ وُلْدِيْ وَ إِخْوَانِيَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
tajma`uhumā lī wa li-ahlī wa wuldī wa ikhwāniyal mu-minīn
Gather them for me, and for my family, my children, and my believing brothers
19
إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ
innaka `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
Indeed, You have power over all things
