بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
اَللَّهُمَّ هَذَا يَوْمٌ مُبَارَكٌ مَيْمُونٌ
allāhumma hadhā yawmun mubārakun maymūn
O Allah, this is a blessed and fortunate day
2
وَ الْمُسْلِمُوْنَ فِيهِ مُجْتَمِعُونَ فِيْ أَقْطَارِ أَرْضِكَ
wal muslimūna fīhi mujtami`ūna fī aqṭāri ar-ḍik
And Muslims are gathered throughout Your lands
3
يَشْهَدُ السَّائِلُ مِنْهُمْ وَ الطَّالِبُ وَ الرَّاغِبُ وَ الرَّاهِبُ
yash-hadus sā-ilu minhum waṭ ṭālibu war rāghibu war rāhib
The seekers, the petitioners, the hopeful, and the fearful are present
4
وَ أَنْتَ النَّاظِرُ فِيْ حَوَائِجِهِمْ
wa antan nāẓiru fī ḥawā-ijihim
And You are the One who looks into their needs
5
فَأَسْأَلُكَ بِجُودِكَ وَ كَرَمِكَ وَ هَوَانِ مَا سَأَلْتُكَ عَلَيْكَ
fa-as-aluka bijūdika wa karamika wa hawāni mā sa-altuka `alayk
So I ask You by Your generosity, Your nobility, and the ease with which You grant what I ask
6
أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
an tuṣalliya `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
That You send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
7
وَ أَسْأَلُكَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا بِأَنَّ لَكَ الْمُلْكَ وَ لَكَ الْحَمْدَ
wa as-alukallāhumma rabbanā bi-anna lakal mulka wa lakal ḥamd
And I ask You, O Allah, our Lord, for to You belongs the kingdom and to You belongs all praise
8
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، الْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ الْحَنَّانُ الْمَنَّانُ
lā ilaha illā ant,al ḥalīmul karīmul ḥannānul mannān
There is no god but You, the Forbearing, the Generous, the Compassionate, the Benefactor
9
ذُوْ الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ، بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ
dhul jalāli wal ikrām, badī`us samāwāti wal ar-ḍ
Possessor of Majesty and Honor, Originator of the heavens and the earth
10
مَهْمَا قَسَمْتَ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
mahmā qasamta bayna `ibādikal mu-minīn
Whatever You distribute among Your believing servants
11
مِنْ خَيْرٍ أَوْ عَافِيَةٍ أَوْ بَرَكَةٍ أَوْ هُدًى أَوْ عَمَلٍ بِطَاعَتِكَ
min khayrin aw `āfiyatin aw barakatin aw hudan aw `amalin biṭā`atik
Of goodness, well-being, blessing, guidance, or deeds in Your obedience
12
أَوْ خَيْرٍ تَمُنُّ بِهِ عَلَيْهِمْ تَهْدِيهِمْ بِهِ إِلَيْكَ
aw khayrin tamunnu bihi `alayhim tahdīhim bihi ilayk
Or any good which You bestow on them, guiding them to Yourself
13
أَوْ تَرْفَعُ لَهُمْ عِنْدَكَ دَرَجَةً
aw tar-fa`u lahum `indaka darajah
Or by which You raise their ranks with You
14
أَوْ تُعْطِيهِمْ بِهِ خَيْرًا مِنْ خَيْرِ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ
aw tu`ṭīhim bihi khayran min khayrid dunyā wal-ākhirah
Or by which You grant them good in this world and the hereafter
15
أَنْ تُوَفِّرَ حَظِّيْ وَ نَصِيبِيْ مِنْهُ
an tuwaffira ḥaẓẓī wa naṣībī minh
To increase my share and portion of it
16
وَ أَسْأَلُكَ اللَّهُمَّ بِأَنَّ
wa as-alukallāhumma bi-ann
And I ask You, O Allah, for
17
لَكَ الْمُلْكَ وَ الْحَمْدَ
lakal mulka wal ḥamd
To You belongs the kingdom and the praise
18
لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
lā ilaha illā ant
There is no god but You
19
أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ
an tuṣalliya `alā muḥammad
That You send blessings upon Muhammad
20
عَبْدِكَ وَ رَسُولِكَ
`abdika wa rasūlik
Your servant and Your messenger
21
وَ حَبِيبِكَ وَ صِفْوَتِكَ
wa ḥabībika wa ṣifwatik
Your beloved and Your chosen one
22
وَ خِيَرَتِكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ
wa khiyaratika min khalqik
Your best selection from Your creation
23
وَ عَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَبْرَارِ الطَّاهِرِينَ الْأَخْيَارِ
wa `alā-āli muḥammadinil abrāriṭ ṭāhirīnal akhyār
And upon the family of Muhammad, the righteous, the pure, the excellent
24
صَلَاةً لَا يَقْوَى عَلَى إِحْصَائِهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ
ṣalātan lā yaqwā `alā iḥṣā-ihā illā ant
Blessings that none can count except You
25
وَ أَنْ تُشْرِكَنَا فِي
wa an tushrikanā fī
And that You include us among
26
صَالِحِ مَنْ دَعَاكَ فِيْ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ
ṣāliḥi man da`āka fī hadhal yawm
The righteous ones who call upon You on this day
27
مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
min `ibādikal mu-minīn
From among Your believing servants
28
يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
yā rabbal `ālamīn
O Lord of the worlds
29
وَ أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لَنَا وَ لَهُمْ
wa an taghfira lanā wa lahum
And that You forgive us and them
30
إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
innaka `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
Verily, You have power over all things
31
اَللَّهُمَّ إِلَيْكَ تَعَمَّدْتُ بِحَاجَتِي
allāhumma ilayka ta`ammadtu biḥājatī
O Allah, to You I have directed my need
32
وَ بِكَ أَنْزَلْتُ الْيَوْمَ فَقْرِي
wa bika anzaltul yawma faqrī
And with You I have placed today my poverty
33
وَ فَاقَتِيْ وَ مَسْكَنَتِي
wa fāqatī wa maskanatī
My destitution and my lowliness
34
وَ إِنِّيْ بِمَغْفِرَتِكَ وَ رَحْمَتِكَ أَوْثَقُ مِنِّيْ بِعَمَلِي
wa innī bimaghfiratika wa raḥmatika awthaqu minnī bi`amalī
And I am more confident in Your forgiveness and mercy than in my deeds
35
وَ لَمَغْفِرَتُكَ وَ رَحْمَتُكَ أَوْسَعُ مِنْ ذُنُوبِي
wa lamaghfiratuka wa raḥmatuka awsa`u min dhunūbī
And Your forgiveness and mercy are greater than my sins
36
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
So send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
37
وَ تَوَلَّ قَضَاءَ كُلِّ حَاجَةٍ هِيَ لِي
wa tawalla qaḍā-a kulli ḥājatin hiya lī
And take charge of fulfilling all my needs
38
بِقُدْرَتِكَ عَلَيْهَا
biqudratika `alayhā
By Your power over them
39
وَ تَيْسِيرِ ذٰلِكَ عَلَيْكَ
wa taysīri dhālika `alayk
And the ease with which You can do this
40
وَ بِفَقْرِيْ إِلَيْكَ
wa bifaqrī ilayk
And by my need for You
41
وَ غِنَاكَ عَنِّي
wa ghināka `annī
And Your independence from me
42
فَإِنِّيْ لَمْ أُصِبْ خَيْرًا قَطُّ إِلَّا مِنْكَ
fa-innī lam uṣib khayran qaṭṭu illā mink
For I have never received any good except from You
43
وَ لَمْ يَصْرِفْ عَنِّيْ سُوءًا قَطُّ أَحَدٌ غَيْرُكَ
wa lam yaṣrif `annī sū-an qaṭṭu aḥadun ghayruk
And no one has ever averted evil from me except You
44
وَ لَا أَرْجُوْ لِأَمْرِ
wa lā ar-jū li-amr
And I do not hope for the affairs
45
آخِرَتِيْ وَ دُنْيَايَ سِوَاكَ
ākhiratī wa dunyāya siwāk
Of my hereafter and my world from anyone but You
46
اَللَّهُمَّ مَنْ تَهَيَّأَ وَ تَعَبَّأَ
allāhumma man tahayya-a wa ta`abba-a
O Allah, whoever has prepared and made ready
47
وَ أَعَدَّ وَ اسْتَعَدَّ
wa a`adda wasta`add
And equipped and readied themselves
48
لِوِفَادَةٍ إِلَى مَخْلُوقٍ
liwifādatin ilā makhlūq
For a visit to a created being
49
رَجَاءَ رِفْدِهِ وَ نَوَافِلِهِ وَ طَلَبَ نَيْلِهِ وَ جَائِزَتِهِ
rajā-a rifdihi wa nawāfilihi wa ṭalaba naylihi wa jā-izatih
Hoping for their support, gifts, and seeking their prize and reward
50
فَإِلَيْكَ يَا مَوْلَايَ كَانَتِ الْيَوْمَ
fa-ilayka yā mawlāya kānatil yawm
It is to You, O my Master, that today
51
تَهْيِئَتِيْ وَ تَعْبِئَتِي
tahyi-atī wa ta`bi-atī
I have prepared and made myself ready
52
وَ إِعْدَادِيْ وَ اسْتِعْدَادِي
wa i`dādī wasti`dādī
And equipped and readied myself
53
رَجَاءَ عَفْوِكَ وَ رِفْدِكَ
rajā-a `afwika wa rifdik
Hoping for Your pardon and Your support
54
وَ طَلَبَ نَيْلِكَ وَ جَائِزَتِكَ
wa ṭalaba naylika wa jā-izatik
And seeking Your gift and Your reward
55
اَللَّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
56
وَ لَا تُخَيِّبِ الْيَوْمَ ذٰلِكَ مِنْ رَجَائِي
wa lā tukhayyibil yawma dhālika min rajā-ī
And do not disappoint my hope today
57
يَا مَنْ لَا يُحْفِيهِ سَائِلٌ
yā man lā yuḥfīhi sā-il
O You whom no petitioner can exhaust
58
وَ لَا يَنْقُصُهُ نَائِلٌ
wa lā yanquṣuhu nā-il
And whom no gift can diminish
59
فَإِنِّيْ لَمْ آتِكَ ثِقَةً
fa-innī lam-ātika thiqah
For I have not come to You with confidence
60
مِنِّيْ بِعَمَلٍ صَالِحٍ قَدَّمْتُهُ
minnī bi`amalin ṣāliḥin qaddamtuh
In any righteous deed I have done
61
وَ لَا شَفَاعَةِ مَخْلُوقٍ رَجَوْتُهُ
wa lā shafā`ati makhlūqin rajawtuh
Nor hoping for the intercession of any created being
62
إِلَّا شَفَاعَةَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ
illā shafā`ata muḥammadin wa ahli baytih
Except the intercession of Muhammad and his family
63
عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ سَلَامُكَ
`alayhi wa `alayhim salāmuk
Upon him and upon them be Your peace
64
أَتَيْتُكَ مُقِرًّا بِالْجُرْمِ وَ الْإِسَاءَةِ إِلَى نَفْسِي
ataytuka muqirran bil jur-mi wal isā-ati ilā nafsī
I come to You admitting my sins and wrongdoing against myself
65
أَتَيْتُكَ أَرْجُوْ عَظِيمَ عَفْوِكَ
ataytuka ar-jū `aẓīma `afwik
I come to You hoping for Your great pardon
66
اَلَّذِيْ عَفَوْتَ بِهِ عَنِ الْخَاطِئِينَ
al ladhī `afawta bihi `anil khāṭi-īn
By which You have pardoned the sinners
67
ثُمَّ لَمْ يَمْنَعْكَ طُولُ عُكُوفِهِمْ عَلَى عَظِيمِ الْجُرْمِ
thumma lam yamna`ka ṭūlu `ukūfihim `alā `aẓīmil jur-m
Then their long persistence in grave sins did not prevent You
68
أَنْ عُدْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِالرَّحْمَةِ وَ الْمَغْفِرَةِ
an `udta `alayhim birraḥmati wal maghfirah
From turning to them with mercy and forgiveness
69
فَيَا مَنْ رَحْمَتُهُ وَاسِعَةٌ
fayā man raḥmatuhu wāsi`ah
O One whose mercy is vast
70
وَ عَفْوُهُ عَظِيمٌ
wa `afwuhu `aẓīm
And whose pardon is great
71
يَا عَظِيمُ يَا عَظِيمُ
yā `aẓīmu yā `aẓīm
O Great One, O Great One
72
يَا كَرِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ
yā karīmu yā karīm
O Generous One, O Generous One
73
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
Send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
74
وَ عُدْ عَلَيَّ بِرَحْمَتِكَ
wa `ud `alayya biraḥmatik
And turn to me with Your mercy
75
وَ تَعَطَّفْ عَلَيَّ بِفَضْلِكَ
wa ta`aṭṭaf `alayya bifaḍlik
And be kind to me with Your grace
76
وَ تَوَسَّعْ عَلَيَّ بِمَغْفِرَتِكَ
wa tawassa` `alayya bimaghfiratik
And be generous to me with Your forgiveness
77
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ هَذَا الْمَقَامَ لِخُلَفَائِكَ وَ أَصْفِيَائِكَ
allāhumma inna hadhal maqāma likhulafā-ika wa aṣfiyā-ik
O Allah, this position belongs to Your caliphs and Your chosen ones
78
وَ مَوَاضِعَ أُمَنَائِكَ
wa mawāḍi`a umanā-ik
And the stations of Your trustees
79
فِيْ الدَّرَجَةِ الرَّفِيعَةِ الَّتِيْ اخْتَصَصْتَهُمْ بِهَا
fid darajatir rafī`atil latikhtaṣaṣtahum bihā
In the exalted rank with which You have distinguished them
80
قَدِ ابْتَزُّوهَا
qadibtazzūhā
They have been usurped
81
وَ أَنْتَ الْمُقَدِّرُ لِذَلِكَ
wa antal muqaddiru lidhalik
And You are the One who ordained this
82
لَا يُغَالَبُ أَمْرُكَ
lā yughālabu amruk
Your command cannot be overcome
83
وَ لَا يُجَاوَزُ الْمَحْتُومُ مِنْ تَدْبِيرِكَ
wa lā yujāwazul maḥtūmu min tadbīrik
And what is inevitable in Your arrangement cannot be transgressed
84
كَيْفَ شِئْتَ وَ أَنَّى شِئْتَ
kayfa shi-ta wa annā shi-t
However You will and whenever You will
85
وَ لِمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ
wa limā anta a`lamu bih
And for whatever purpose You know best
86
غَيْرُ مُتَّهَمٍ عَلَى خَلْقِكَ وَ لَا لِإِرَادَتِكَ
ghayru muttahamin `alā khalqika wa lā li-irādatik
You are not questioned about Your creation or Your will
87
حَتَّى عَادَ صِفْوَتُكَ وَ خُلَفَاؤُكَ
ḥattā `āda ṣifwatuka wa khulafa-uk
Until Your chosen ones and Your caliphs
88
مَغْلُوبِينَ مَقْهُورِينَ مُبْتَزِّينَ
maghlūbīna maqhūrīna mubtazzīn
Became defeated, overpowered, and dispossessed
89
يَرَوْنَ حُكْمَكَ مُبَدَّلًا
yarawna ḥukmaka mubaddalā
They see Your judgments altered
90
وَ كِتَابَكَ مَنْبُوذًا
wa kitābaka manbūdhā
And Your Book cast aside
91
وَ فَرَائِضَكَ مُحَرَّفَةً عَنْ جِهَاتِ أَشْرَاعِكَ
wa farā-iḍaka muḥarrafatan `an jihāti ashrā`ik
And Your obligations distorted from the directions of Your laws
92
وَ سُنَنَ نَبِيِّكَ مَتْرُوكَةً
wa sunana nabiyyika matrūkah
And the traditions of Your Prophet abandoned
93
اَللَّهُمَّ الْعَنْ أَعْدَاءَهُمْ مِنَ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَ الْآخِرِينَ
allāhummal `an a`dā-ahum minal awwalīna wal-ākhirīn
O Allah, curse their enemies from the first to the last
94
وَ مَنْ رَضِيَ بِفِعَالِهِمْ
wa man raḍiya bifi`ālihim
And those who are pleased with their actions
95
وَ أَشْيَاعَهُمْ وَ أَتْبَاعَهُمْ
wa ashyā`ahum wa atbā`ahum
And their followers and their adherents
96
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
97
إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
innaka ḥamīdun majīd
Surely You are Praiseworthy, Glorious
98
كَصَلَوَاتِكَ وَ بَرَكَاتِكَ وَ تَحِيَّاتِكَ
kaṣalawātika wa barakātika wa taḥiyyātik
Like Your blessings, benedictions, and greetings
99
عَلَى أَصْفِيَائِكَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
`alā aṣfiyā-ika ibrāhīma wa-āli ibrāhīm
Upon Your chosen ones, Abraham and the family of Abraham
100
وَ عَجِّلِ الْفَرَجَ
wa `ajjilil faraj
And hasten the relief
101
وَ الرَّوْحَ وَ النُّصْرَةَ وَ التَّمْكِينَ وَ التَّأْيِيدَ لَهُمْ
war rawḥa wan nuṣrata wat tamkīna wat ta-yīda lahum
And comfort and victory and empowerment and support for them
102
اَللَّهُمَّ وَ اجْعَلْنِي
allāhumma waj`alnī
O Allah, and make me
103
مِنْ أَهْلِ التَّوْحِيدِ
min ahlit tawḥīd
Among the people of monotheism
104
وَ الْإِيمَانِ بِكَ
wal īmāni bik
And faith in You
105
وَ التَّصْدِيقِ بِرَسُولِكَ
wat taṣdīqi birasūlik
And belief in Your Messenger
106
وَ الْأَئِمَّةِ الَّذِيْنَ حَتَمْتَ طَاعَتَهُمْ
wal a-immatil ladhīna ḥatamta ṭā`atahum
And the Imams whose obedience You have made obligatory
107
مِمَّنْ يَجْرِيْ ذٰلِكَ بِهِ وَ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ
mimman yajrī dhālika bihi wa `alā yadayh
Among those through whom and by whose hands this is carried out
108
آمِيْنَ رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
āmīna rabbal `ālamīn
Amen, O Lord of the worlds
109
اَللَّهُمَّ لَيْسَ يَرُدُّ غَضَبَكَ إِلَّا حِلْمُكَ
allāhumma laysa yaruddu ghaḍabaka illā ḥilmuk
O Allah, nothing repels Your anger except Your forbearance
110
وَ لَا يَرُدُّ سَخَطَكَ إِلَّا عَفْوُكَ
wa lā yaruddu sakhaṭaka illā `afwuk
And nothing repels Your displeasure except Your pardon
111
وَ لَا يُجِيرُ مِنْ عِقَابِكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَتُكَ
wa lā yujīru min `iqābika illā raḥmatuk
And nothing protects from Your punishment except Your mercy
112
وَ لَا يُنْجِينِيْ مِنْكَ
wa lā yunjīnī mink
And nothing saves me from You
113
إِلَّا التَّضَرُّعُ إِلَيْكَ وَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ
illat taḍarru`u ilayka wa bayna yadayk
Except pleading to You and before You
114
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
So send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
115
وَ هَبْ لَنَا يَا إِلَهِيْ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ فَرَجًا
wa hab lanā yā ilahī min ladunka farajā
And grant us, O my God, from Your presence, relief
116
بِالْقُدْرَةِ الَّتِيْ بِهَا تُحْيِيْ أَمْوَاتَ الْعِبَادِ
bil qudratil latī bihā tuḥyī amwātal `ibād
By the power with which You revive the dead among Your servants
117
وَ بِهَا تَنْشُرُ مَيْتَ الْبِلَادِ
wa bihā tanshuru maytal bilād
And by which You restore dead lands
118
وَ لَا تُهْلِكْنِيْ يَا إِلَهِيْ غَمًّا
wa lā tuhliknī yā ilahī ghammā
And do not destroy me, O my God, with grief
119
حَتَّى تَسْتَجِيبَ لِي
ḥattā tastajība lī
Until You answer me
120
وَ تُعَرِّفَنِيْ الْإِجَابَةَ فِيْ دُعَائِي
wa tu`arrifanil ijābata fī du`ā-ī
And make me recognize the response to my prayer
121
وَ أَذِقْنِيْ طَعْمَ الْعَافِيَةِ إِلَى مُنْتَهَى أَجَلِي
wa adhiqnī ṭa`mal `āfiyati ilā muntahā ajalī
And let me taste the flavor of well-being until the end of my life
122
وَ لَا تُشْمِتْ بِيْ عَدُوِّي
wa lā tushmit bī `aduwwī
And do not let my enemy rejoice over me
123
وَ لَا تُمَكِّنْهُ مِنْ عُنُقِي
wa lā tumakkinhu min `unuqī
And do not give him power over my neck
124
وَ لَا تُسَلِّطْهُ عَلَيَّ
wa lā tusalliṭ-hu `alayy
And do not let him dominate me
125
إِلَهِيْ إِنْ رَفَعْتَنِي
ilahī in rafa`tanī
My God, if You raise me up
126
فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَضَعُنِي
faman dhal ladhī yaḍa`unī
Who is it that can bring me down?
127
وَ إِنْ وَضَعْتَنِي
wa in waḍa`tanī
And if You bring me down
128
فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَرْفَعُنِي
faman dhal ladhī yar-fa`unī
Who is it that can raise me up?
129
وَ إِنْ أَكْرَمْتَنِي
wa in akramtanī
And if You honor me
130
فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يُهِينُنِي
faman dhal ladhī yuhīnunī
Who is it that can humiliate me?
131
وَ إِنْ أَهَنْتَنِي
wa in ahantanī
And if You humiliate me
132
فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يُكْرِمُنِي
faman dhal ladhī yukrimunī
Who is it that can honor me?
133
وَ إِنْ عَذَّبْتَنِي
wa in `adhhabtanī
And if You punish me
134
فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَرْحَمُنِي
faman dhal ladhī yar-ḥamunī
Who is it that can have mercy on me?
135
وَ إِنْ أَهْلَكْتَنِي
wa in ahlaktanī
And if You destroy me
136
فَمَنْ ذَا الَّذِيْ يَعْرِضُ لَكَ فِيْ عَبْدِكَ
faman dhal ladhī ya`riḍu laka fī `abdik
Who is it that can intercede with You concerning Your servant
137
أَوْ يَسْأَلُكَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ
aw yas-aluka `an amrih
Or ask You about his affair?
138
وَ قَدْ عَلِمْتُ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيْ حُكْمِكَ ظُلْمٌ
wa qad `alimtu annahu laysa fī ḥukmika ẓulm
And I know that there is no injustice in Your judgment
139
وَ لَا فِيْ نَقِمَتِكَ عَجَلَةٌ
wa lā fī naqimatika `ajalah
And no haste in Your vengeance
140
وَ إِنَّمَا يَعْجَلُ مَنْ يَخَافُ الْفَوْتَ
wa innamā ya`jalu man yakhāful fawt
Only he hastens who fears missing his chance
141
وَ إِنَّمَا يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى الظُّلْمِ الضَّعِيفُ
wa innamā yaḥtāju ilaẓ ẓulmiḍ ḍa`īf
And only the weak needs to resort to injustice
142
وَ قَدْ تَعَالَيْتَ يَا إِلَهِي
wa qad ta`ālayta yā ilahī
But You, O my God, are far exalted
143
عَنْ ذٰلِكَ عُلُوًّا كَبِيرًا
`an dhālika `uluwwan kabīrā
Above all that, a great exaltation
144
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
145
وَ لَا تَجْعَلْنِيْ لِلْبَلَاءِ غَرَضًا
wa lā taj`alnī lilbalā-i gharaḍā
And do not make me a target for affliction
146
وَ لَا لِنَقِمَتِكَ نَصَبًا
wa lā linaqimatika naṣabā
Nor a focus for Your vengeance
147
وَ مَهِّلْنِي، وَ نَفِّسْنِي
wa mahhilnī, wa naffisnī
And grant me respite, and relieve me
148
وَ أَقِلْنِيْ عَثْرَتِي
wa aqilnī `athratī
And forgive my stumbling
149
وَ لَا تَبْتَلِيَنِّيْ بِبَلَاءٍ
wa lā tabtaliyannī bibala
And do not afflict me with trial
150
عَلَى أَثَرِ بَلَاءٍ
`alā athari bala
Upon trial
151
فَقَدْ تَرَى ضَعْفِي
faqad tarā ḍa`fī
For You see my weakness
152
وَ قِلَّةَ حِيْلَتِي
wa qillata ḥīlatī
And my lack of means
153
وَ تَضَرُّعِيْ إِلَيْكَ
wa taḍarru`ī ilayk
And my pleading to You
154
أَعُوذُ بِكَ اللَّهُمَّ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ غَضَبِكَ
a`ūdhu bikallāhummal yawma min ghaḍabik
I seek refuge with You, O Allah, today from Your anger
155
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ أَعِذْنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa a`idhnī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and protect me
156
وَ أَسْتَجِيرُ بِكَ الْيَوْمَ مِنْ سَخَطِكَ
wa astajīru bikal yawma min sakhaṭik
And I seek Your shelter today from Your displeasure
157
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ أَجِرْنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa ajir-nī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and shelter me
158
وَ أَسْأَلُكَ أَمْنًا مِنْ عَذَابِكَ
wa as-aluka amnan min `adhābik
And I ask You for security from Your punishment
159
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ آمِنِّي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa-āminnī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and secure me
160
وَ أَسْتَهْدِيْكَ
wa astahdīk
And I ask You for guidance
161
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ اهْدِنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wahdinī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and guide me
162
وَ أَسْتَنْصِرُكَ
wa astanṣiruk
And I ask for Your help
163
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ انْصُرْنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wanṣur-nī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and help me
164
وَ أَسْتَرْحِمُكَ
wa astar-ḥimuk
And I ask for Your mercy
165
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ ارْحَمْنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi war-ḥamnī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and have mercy on me
166
وَ أَسْتَكْفِيكَ
wa astakfīk
And I ask for Your sufficiency
167
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ اكْفِنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wakfinī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and suffice me
168
وَ أَسْتَرْزِقُكَ
wa astar-ziquk
And I ask for Your provision
169
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ ارْزُقْنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi war-zuqnī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and provide for me
170
وَ أَسْتَعِينُكَ
wa asta`īnuk
And I ask for Your assistance
171
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ أَعِنِّي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa a`innī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and assist me
172
وَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا سَلَفَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِي
wa astaghfiruka limā salafa min dhunūbī
And I ask Your forgiveness for my past sins
173
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ اغْفِرْ لِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi waghfir lī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and forgive me
174
وَ أَسْتَعْصِمُكَ
wa asta`ṣimuk
And I ask for Your protection
175
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ اعْصِمْنِي
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa`ṣimnī
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family and protect me
176
فَإِنِّيْ لَنْ أَعُودَ لِشَيْءٍ كَرِهْتَهُ مِنِّيْ إِنْ شِئْتَ ذَلِكَ
fa-innī lan a`ūda lishay-in karihtahu minnī in shi-ta dhalik
For I will not return to anything You dislike from me, if You will that
177
يَا رَبِّ يَا رَبِّ يَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ
yā rabbi yā rabbi yā ḥannānu yā mannān
O Lord, O Lord, O Compassionate, O Benefactor
178
يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ
yā dhal jalāli wal ikrām
O Possessor of Majesty and Honor
179
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
Send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
180
وَ اسْتَجِبْ لِيْ جَمِيعَ
wastajib lī jamī`
And answer for me all
181
مَا سَأَلْتُكَ وَ طَلَبْتُ إِلَيْكَ
mā sa-altuka wa ṭalabtu ilayk
That I have asked You and sought from You
182
وَ رَغِبْتُ فِيهِ إِلَيْكَ
wa raghibtu fīhi ilayk
And desired from You
183
وَ أَرِدْهُ وَ قَدِّرْهُ وَ اقْضِهِ وَ أَمْضِهِ
wa arid-hu wa qaddir-hu waqḍihi wa amḍih
And will it and ordain it and decree it and carry it out
184
وَ خِرْ لِيْ فِيمَا تَقْضِيْ مِنْهُ
wa khir lī fīmā taqḍī minh
And choose what is best for me in what You decree
185
وَ بَارِكْ لِيْ فِيْ ذَلِكَ
wa bārik lī fī dhalik
And bless me in that
186
وَ تَفَضَّلْ عَلَيَّ بِهِ
wa tafaḍḍal `alayya bih
And be gracious to me with it
187
وَ أَسْعِدْنِيْ بِمَا تُعْطِينِيْ مِنْهُ
wa as`idnī bimā tu`ṭīnī minh
And make me happy with what You give me of it
188
وَ زِدْنِيْ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ
wa zidnī min faḍlik
And increase for me from Your bounty
189
وَ سَعَةِ مَا عِنْدَكَ
wa sa`ati mā `indak
And the abundance of what You have
190
فَإِنَّكَ وَاسِعٌ كَرِيمٌ
fa-innaka wāsi`un karīm
For You are Vast, Generous
191
وَ صِلْ ذٰلِكَ بِخَيْرِ الْآخِرَةِ وَ نَعِيمِهَا
wa ṣil dhālika bikhayril-ākhirati wa na`īmihā
And connect that with the good of the hereafter and its bliss
192
يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
O Most Merciful of the merciful
Then you supplicate as seems proper to you and you call down blessings on Muhammed and his Household one thousand times. this is what he used to do [upon him be peace].
