بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
يَا عَزِيزُ يَا غَفَّارُ
yā `azīzu yā ghaffār
O Mighty One, O All-Forgiving
2
اِغْفِرْ لِيْ ذُنُوبِي
ighfir lī dhunūbī
Forgive my sins
3
وَذُنُوبَ جَمِيْعِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ
wadhunūba jamī`il mu-minīna walmu-mināt
And the sins of all believing men and believing women
4
فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
fa-innahu lā yaghfirudh dhunūba illā ant
For indeed, no one forgives sins except You
