بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O' Allāh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

يَا مُقِيلَ الْعَثَرَاتِ أَقِلْنِيْ عَثْرَتِيْ
yā muqīlal `atharāti aqilnī `athratī
O He Who overlooks slips, [please] overlook my slip.
2
يَا مُجِيبَ الدَّعَوَاتِ أَجِبْ دَعْوَتِيْ
yā mujībad da`awāti ajib da`watī
O He Who responds to prayers, [please] respond to my prayer.
3
يَا سَامِعَ الْأَصْوَاتِ اسْمَعْ صَوْتِيْ
yā sāmi`al aṣwātisma` ṣawtī
O He Who hears all sounds, [please] listen to mine,
4
وَارْحَمْنِيْ وَتَجَاوَزْ عَنْ سَيِّئاتِيْ وَمَا عِنْدِيْ
war-ḥamnī watajāwaz `an sayyi-ātī wamā `indī
have mercy on me, and excuse my wrongdoings and whatever I have committed.
5
يَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ
yā dhal jalāli wal-ikrām
O Lord of majesty and honor!
