بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allāh, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O' Allāh send Your blessings on Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.

اَللّٰهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيْ رَجَبٍ وَشَعْبَانَ
allāhumma bārik lanā fī rajabin washa`bān
O Allah, Please bless us in Rajab and Sha`ban.
2
وَبَلِّغْنَا شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ
waballighnā shahra ramaḍān
and bring us to the month of Ramadhan,
3
وَأَعِنَّا عَلَى الصِّيَامِ وَالْقِيَامِ
wa-a`innā `alaṣ ṣiyāmi walqiyām
and assist us in fasting, and worshipping,
4
وَحِفْظِ اللِّسَانِ
waḥifẓil lisān
to be careful in our speech,,
5
وَغَضِّ الْبَصَرِ
waghaḍḍil baṣar
and turning the eyes from the unlawful..
6
وَلَا تَجْعَلْ حَظَّنَا مِنْهُ الْجُوعَ وَالْعَطَشَ
walā taj`al ḥaẓẓanā minhul jū`a wal`aṭash
let our only share of it not be hunger and thirst!”.
